• No physical items are shipped.
• Once a digital license key is activated, it becomes permanently associated with the customer’s device or account.
• Activated licenses cannot be revoked, reused, or reassigned.
For this reason, our refund policy is structured specifically around the activation status of your license.
30-Day Refund Eligibility (Unused Keys Only)
We offer a 30-day refund from the date of purchase only if the license activation key has not been used or redeemed.
To qualify for a refund:
• The product key must remain unused/unredeemed.
• Our team will verify the activation status through our system or with the distributor.
• Once confirmed unused, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
No Refund for Used or Activated Keys
Refunds cannot be issued if:
• The license key has already been activated.
• The key shows as redeemed on the manufacturer’s website or system.
• You have installed and activated the software on any device.
• You claim non-use but the activation log indicates otherwise.
Since digital licenses become permanently bound once used, they cannot be returned, deactivated, or reissued, and therefore cannot be refunded.
Incorrect Purchase or Change of Mind

• Changing your mind after delivery.
• Incompatibility issues caused by outdated hardware or unsupported operating systems.
• Failure to follow installation or activation instructions.

Order Issues or Non-Delivery

• Contact us and we will re-send the key.
If the key was not delivered due to a system error, we will re-deliver it at no additional cost.
Fraudulent Claims
